What train will take me to Long Branch Beach (NJ) from Newark Penn Station?

My cousin and I are planning to go, since its extremely hot and perfect weather for beach, we want to avoid traffic and there isnt anyone that can take us. We heard there is a train that can take us there from Newark Penn Station, does anyone know what train that is and what times?

New Jersey Transit operates trains over that route.  The trip takes a bit over an hour.
