  1. Sam Smith. I also recommend you enjoy a slice of pizza.

  2. asics gel.  I have a foot problem at the moment and have been told not to work out of run.  My foot hurts on the inside, never had such a hard pain to find.  But, bought a pair of those, and they are brilliant.  Was advised they were the better of a medium price range for running.

  3. I'd say Asics ones, but you really need to go to a specialist shop to get running trainers. You need something with good arch support, and a trainer that gives a more forward support than lateral support. Don't go to somewhere like JJB or Sportsworld (if you're in the UK), go to a proper sport shop with people who know what they're talking about, and don't think arch supports are for decoration! If you have a Wilde's Sports near you i'd recommend them! x

  4. Simple answer? The ones that fit your feet.

Basically, all brands are slightly different and the ones that fit your feet wont fit mine the best, so go to a running shop, try on a few brands and see which is the most comfortable.

All the brands that they will sell should be quality ones - its the shops reputation and future sales that ensures they only sell you the right good quality shoes, whoever that doesnt make the most expensive ones the best quality. Mkine cost me about £30.

A good running shop will let you try them outside onthe road for a short distance or on a treadmill inthe shop to make sure they dont rub your feet anywhere.

  5. either asics or new balance, they both specialise in running shoes, shoes like nike dont give you the good support and many people get them because of looks, but asics and new balance look just as good.

  6. Nike Bowman series

  7. jogging or running trainers.
