What training is needed to be a Independent Adjuster???

I work for a Liability Insurance company in Los Angeles, and we get reports from Independent Adjusters where they go to the scene of accidents such as a slip/fall, and they do a report with photos, recorded claimant statements, etc...I'm just wondering what training or education is needed for doing this type of job???

  1. You need an adjusting license.  From your state insurance department.
