  1. biting the bullet

  2. get a full length mirror, train your punch and kicks in front of it. concentrate on improving the speed of your punches or kicks. Once your movements become 3 or 4 times faster, so is your reflex. Your eyes will adjust to your speed. And when you start to spar with people who are slower than the image in your mirror (that's you), you will see your opponents in slow motion.

Reflex and hand speed comes hand in hand, no point having fast reflex , and see the punch coming, but your hands are too slow to block it.

  3. Other than practicing moving your eyes rapidly, there's not much you can do on that part. Eventually through sparring experience, confidence and being calm you can certainly make things seem slower.

More importantly, work on making your own movements fast, so that once you identify that a blow is coming at you, you can block it in less than half a second.

If you really want improved eyes then perhaps if you take a car or train, try to lock on to objects on the road and keep up with them as they zip by. That's a good exercise. Practice locking on to random objects very rapidly if you're in a still room, for example moving your eyes from the door to the ceiling to a nearby book (or three objects that are fairly far away from each other) in less than a second.

  4. you have to train with people, both going as fast as you can for the regularly fast to seem slow. just like everything in life, overdo it for a while and it will seem weak.

  5. Watch Dragon Ball Z

  6. Spar Spar and Spar some more. Start slow if you are new to it. When you get hit a few times you will soon keep focused on your opponent and you're reactions and reflexes shall improve.

  7. Taking ecstacy dailly.

  8. It is not your eye speed you are talking about, but your brain speed which would be you reaction speed. I could only suggest that it should be instinctive and if not make it instinctive by repetition and practise, practise, practise. Stimulants like caffeine can help temporally. Make sure you get plenty of sleep to keep sharp.

  9. Video games require lots of hand-eye-coordination

Or simply tennis...if you don't have a partner, you can play wall ball.  It will greatly time your mind to know when and wear an object is going to be in a split second.

  10. Always follow your strike with your eyes. Keep from blinking. When finished with a strike look to the next opening of your opponent. Check your opponents' open side with your eyes. Use intent!! Your eyes will become accustomed to focusing quickly. Do not stare at your opponents' eyes. Look to his elbows and knees. Elbows and knees telegraph the next move your opponent is making. Control your emotions. Allow  excitement to build gradually.

This is the magic. No tricks or special powers. Let your adrenalin help not hinder. Control fear and anger. Too much anger or fear will hinder you. A little will heighten the senses. Avoid thinking of outcomes. Thinking of outcomes leads to panic when you least can afford it.

  11. blink one eye at a time, take formula' like centrum or something else. learn to read very small writting

i can read the words on a $20 dollar note (australian) its so easy but it doesnt make sense, iv got mad eye sight, i got tested and its twice as better as a normal sight, i can read a sign 50m from the carand its this size (just a bit bigger), iv alsa got 1 extra strand in my sight dna

  12. You cannot see the fast slower as you see it on TV

But you can train your reflexe to catch up fast mouvements.

    train your brain to focus!

take a candle in a obscure room and focus on it for lots of time to empty your mind from other things. that way you are training your mind to focus on one thing, then you can easily follow a fast mouvement because your mind will be totally focused

Try it! it works.... but train everyday half an hour

  13. Nn lo so, mi disp :'(....ciaoooooo!

  14. OK there are a lott of suggestions here. Only a couple are true answers. VIDEO GAMES help! TENNIS/TABLE TENNIS(PING PONG) helps! They help by allowing you to focus on something without your entire concentration (over time) being needed, and give you hand-eye coordination.

Fast reflexes (thoughtless action) comes from the synapse (in the brain), or from the sense of touch (through the extremities) to the SPINE and back to the extremity (not using the brain).

For this reason sparring is the overall BEST way for you to work on that. Aside from sparring, you need to keep your brain active... it is the same as your muscles. The less it is used or worked hard, the more out of shape it gets, and the S...L...O...W...E...R it gets.

There are sites on the internet for using the eyes and brain in coordination increasing the synaptic activity, thus making your brain healthier.

Video games help to do this by incorporating problem solving skills, with attention to detail without tunnel vision, and the hand-eye coordination using the joysticks.

You do not want to sit and focus on one object for making reaction better. Focusing on a single object for long periods of time will help you to clear your mind (which will help, but moreso in overall well being, not concentrating, or increasing synaptic firing) this is because you start out seeing the object and then you no longer see it but feel its presence and other more esoteric stuff.

Check out the Luminosity website as they have specific exercises for increasing synaptic activity. Then go outside and play something physical.

When sparring... NEVER focus on a single part of the body! Focus on the SPACE their body takes up or the space between you, if you are able to see this, you will be able to react when they act at surprising speed.
