What treats would my gerbils love?

Question

So I just got two little girl gerbils on Friday, and I've been slowly introducing my hand and stuff to them. They'll sit on my hand, and I've gotten the one biter to basically stop (although I wear gloves with that one), but they still won't take food from my palm or fingers. I've been offering them sunflower seeds, but they don't seem that interested. Anyone know what I should do?

try cheese its!!! my hammys luv them!! they go crazy when i give them sum!! hopfully ur gerbils will 2!!

I had the same problem, i started giving my gerbil yogurt chips.

They are a hamster treat that you can buy at your local pet shop

Well my hamster loves dandelions try and find out what your gerbil loves if you have some money you can buy some honey sticks or treats from your local pet store plus try a shred-a-box its a treat inside a cardboard box and they have to bite and shred the box to get the treat inside its very amusing to watch them do this!You can buy these treats at petco!

My daughter has 2 hamsters and a rat.  They all love Cheerios and there is a bagged treat you can get in pet stores called Snix Snax.  It's actually got about 5 or 6 different treats in one bag.  We have had 4 hamsters over the years and there is something for everyone in these bags!!  They also like a product called Chew Biscuits which is actually very helpful for their ever growing teeth as well.  Good luck and have fun!!
