Ok, so assume I have no trees. What would be the best for a treehouse? I live in the northwest, and it needs to be fast growing. Poplars are fast growing but they look to thin to support anything. Help please?

  1. One that is not falling over or leaning!

  2. if you build a treehouse in a fast-growing tree, the growth will move and destroy the treehouse where it is attached, unless you are very clever about how you attach it.

  3. Fir

  4. soft wood, hard wood. it don't matter. pick a tree. any tree. maybe not poison oak, maybe not holly, but pretty much any tree.
