What tv brand is better, Emerson or Polaroid?

I am lookin to buy one of the two but not sure which one, does anyone have any experience with either of these, i am not lookin for somethin too facne with great pic or sound just lookin for something with decent quality where i wont be returning it after a year because it breaks.

Emerson, remember to check the resolution, and make sure is full hd 1080p

Emerson is the better of the two but that's not saying a lot either.

This TV is a 1,000 times better:

Sony KDL40W3000 40 inch HDTV LCD TV

You can find this TV all over the internet for less than $1,350.

Even Samsung or JVC would be a better choice than the two you are considering for just a few dollars more.  But the Sony is better than all of them!

Keep looking. I wouldn`t buy either one.My grand parents has a cheap emerson they got from walmart. everytime you change channels the closed caption comes on ,and sometimes it just randomly comes on .I want to throw it out a window everytime i go to there house.It drives me crasey .I don`t know why they don`t go senile watching it.I`m going to get them a new tv for christmas.
