What tv program is it?

Whilst on holiday in Anglesey - Wales, I watched a tv program and in it was 2 plasticine cats doing rolls and jumping in puddles and stuff.

The opening song went something like:

Mew- meow- mew- meow- la- la- la- la- la- laa.

It was a kids program
