    Pork Tenderloin is good, but more people seem to like chicken and turkey more

  7. Brisket and Chicken.  That should suit most everyone.  That is what I chose for my wedding.  There are too many people that don't like pork.  At least this way you have one poultry item and one beef.

  17. Brisket (if its cooked right) and pork tenderloin (again, if its cooked right).  This way you have a red meat and a "white" meat to choose from.  

    Ham is too holiday dinner, sausage is too casual, chicken..well, everyone always picks chicken and turkey..besides being too holiday dinner..makes you sleepy after eating it!
