  5. hmm...the best diet id to have yummy fruits...

    u can have an apple aday..it obviously fulfil ur hunger and give nourishment to ur body....its better to keep a heap of fruits in ur house so that when u r hungry u can just gobble them...i think u shd avoid bananas and watermelons and they contain a lot of calories..

    milk in the morning will do a great job 4 ur breakfast...u dont have to eat anything till lunch...

    i think u shd include fresh green vegies in ur diet..as they have a lot of antioxidants...

  6. have a balaced diet .not more than 1500 calorie a day. have a work out daily for 30 min ...avoit excess fat and fried items.u can also use himalya ayurslim. then u will become slim
