  1. I've had luck with marshmallows and salmon eggs for catching trout.


  2. For Flounder live or dead shrimp has always worked for me. Flounder stay on the bottom so you may want to use a small wait. Trout live croaker  or live shrimp works very well.

  3. Usually worms for flounder.  I've never gone trout fishing.

  4. Powerbait or nightcrawlers
