  1. You can make a CD of mp3 or wma files, usually called a jukebox or data CD.  That will hold however many songs will fit in 700MB (or however much storage space in on your CD), usually at least a hundred songs or more.  You can use any regular CD-R, or CD-RW, or whatever you have.  Most electronics stores, and any computer store should have them for sale.
