I'm concerned a general Dr. won't be as knowledgeable and I don't want to waste my time or $$$ just to be told to see another physician. I'm looking to learn about ways to stenghten my wrist. I have a PPO.

  1. A neurologist.

  2. Orthopedist..that's where my mom went.

  3. I saw an Orthopedist for mine. He did the surgery & I did a little bit of rehab after.

  4. An orthopedic surgeon, they specialise in the bones and would be able to tell you more about carpal tunnel and what kind of surgery if any you would need.

  5. An occupational therapist is the best option, but in my case, consulting a homeopath proved more helpful in easing the wrist pain. What works for you could be quite different from what others suggest, which is why your own experience counts with results as proof.

  6. Go to Physical or occupational therapy.

  7. orthopedist
