  1. One service is your Department of Vocational Rehabilitiation...they provide a variety of job and school related services for transition.

    Another is local advocacy groups.  Depending upon the size of the area you live in, you may have large groups (non-profit) that provide services and transitioning materials that will assist in getting a job or school.

    If you plan on going to a college or tech school, they also offer transition services and other services designed to help a student who has special needs.
