  1. You need several kinds of legal training and experience.  First, you should learn real estate and zoning.  You also need a good background in contracts and general business law.  Finally, you would want to have labor law.  Some knowledge about torts would also be helpful.

    Fortunately, property (real estate), contracts, and torts are classes that are required at every law school.  If you make sure you also get labor law and extra business classes, like tax and corporations, you will be in good shape.
