What type of SD card to buy for digital camcorder (sanyo cg6)?

What is the difference between a regular SD card, an SDHC card, and a (sandisk) Ultra II SD card? which one is the best to buy (or will work) for digital camcorders, specifically the Sanyo CG6? (and what size is good to get, 2gb or 4gb?)

Usually the more expensive ones have quicker response for recording and playback.  They should all be compatible.  Cacapity depends on the final desire.  Save or  download and reuse.  Your only limited by your pricing.
