I think its some kind of garden snake. Maybe a gopher snake? Sorry the pic isn't too good. Our camera is old. This lady gave him to us, she said her neighbor was going to run him over with a lawn mower. He has some damage on his jaw. He's very little. His head is smaller then a pencil eraser and his body is about the width of a pencil. He's about 10 inches long. He doesn't have stripes, just small black spots down his body and he's brown in color. Any idea what he is? I was wanting to research about him but, I don't know what type of snake he is. He's currently sharing a tank with my hermit crab. Thanks for the help!
