There is no living together visa in America. This country insists that couples marry if they want to be together.

If you can support her financially, so she doesn't need a job, she can just enter the US on a visitor's visa. This is simple if she is from a country on the Visa Waiver program (see below for countries).  

If she's not, you'll have a hard time getting a visitor's visa.

Otherwise, you need to marry her, and she needs to immigrate.

I`m not very sure about America for I`m in Australia. In Australia, you might apply for a travelling visa. Sorry, I can`t help much, I think the best is to contact your local immigration office personal either by phone, computer or simply just go there for enquiries,

One thing for sure that your girlfriend must not commit any crimes. If there was any records, it`s very hard to pass.
