What type of air rifle and air rifle pellets,are known to do the most damage to large game & for what reasons?

If your really wanting to explore the extreme high end in the power of air rifles, the Koreans have been using air powered hunting rifles for decades.

These rifles are not toys. They can be lethal weapons. In no way am I saying they compare directly with firearms, but they are much, much, much more powerful than any air rifles made in the USA. You can buy a more powerful firearm cheaper than these.

I don't think you should be using ANY air rifle on large game. Here in Arkansas they're not even legal for small game.
