  1. If you like Metal - check out a Line 6 Spyder III.

  2. Well being in a metal band I would go with either Peavey or Krank for tube amps and if thats too pricey and you have to go solid state pick up a Crate. I have owed both Marshall and Line Spider 3 and they both suck for metal. Marshall's lack the gain and low end thump for metal and the Line 6 sounds like an over glorified stomp box. When you turn up the Line 6 it loses all of its tone.

  3. yeah don't get a marshall, all hype.

    mesa boogie all the way.

  4. Dude... Marshall is the best amp known to man hands down. But they are pricey.

You'll get the best metal sound with a Marshall... in my opinion...

  5. A Marshall. I have one, it' s awesome.

  6. Well... I go and see allot of metal and punk and extreme music, and the bands that I like nearly always use orange amps. they have that thick, heavy, tube type sound, so if you want me to come see your band when you get good, get orange.

I know that Josh Homme from Queens of the Stone Age plays his guitar through an orange bass rig to compliment his downtuned sound and to get that floor-shaking heavyness

Oh, the other thing of course, they look amazing.
