Well, we can start with elephant, that's for sure.  Maybe add a bison or some other animal with fur.  The other poster who said woolly mammoth had a good idea, but he forgot to omit the ears along with the tusks.  Considering how slow he moved, I'll have to add a sloth into the mix.  (How did he get out of sight all the time when he moved that slow?)
