What type of bike is a la sabre?

Question

it says it on the chain guard and i believe it had a tank but its missing and it was painted over with white rattle can. i got the white off but have no idea what the bike is. not worried about the worth because i knows its low cause its missing tank. just like collecting old bikes and this about the only that has stumped me.
