What type of business insurance are you required to have for a Billiard room?

Public liability would be one, I cant think of any others.

Workers comp, if you have employees.  That's about it.  No other insurances are required by law - and in TX, workers comp isn't even required.  

But likely your landlord will require something, or if you have a loan, your bank, or if you need a permit, the permitting authority will require something.  It will vary wildly, though.
