What type of business should I register for this?

I want to register a business that involves e-commerce type stuff. I will have employees working for me within the U.S., but most from different countries.

Ive been warned not to register as sole proprietor? Cause something about losses.

Any advice would be great thank you.

LLC...Limited Liability Company. If something were to happen, and you were registered as a sole proprietor, the offended (or bank or whomever) could come after you personally (and your home and personal assets). As an LLC, your personal exposure is "Limited" to that of your capital investment in the company.
