what like brand of camera do i get that can like have everything black and white but have several things a different color?

Go to a camera shop to find out. Go to several cameras shops before buying! You might find some person that will try to sell you a very expensive camera to do what you want and to make them more money.  Be careful!

You are probably simply looking for software, a program such as Photoshop. Best if you can find an old program such as Photoshop 7 or 8. The newer ones are all $#@*&* up, only got revamped so they could complicate the situation and  rip people off with new "features " that s***w up the simplicity.

The program allows you to change the photos anyway that you want to!
