What type of camera will i need?

I was wondering what camera i needed if i wanted to take pictures of like the sun, storms, lightning, and plants and stuff of the sorts. Thanks and God bless!

It's not the camera. It's the skills of the photographer. Keep using the camera you have now. Join a photography web site where you can upload your shots for critical comment. Keep at it and get better. Read some books or go to web sites that will teach you photographic theory. There will come a time that you will know that your equipment is not up to your ability. Then it's time to move into the DSLR world.
