  1. If you have a front wheel drive best not use it or it might be in the water with the boat>>

  2. it really depends on how big your boat is and what it weighs.  4x4s are best when it comes to towing.

  3. if it's over 2000 lbs - a truck with a class 3 hitch.

  4. Most cars aren't setup to tow heavy weight. You said nothing about what kind of boat you got, though, so it is really impossible to answer your question. I mean, a Honda Civic could tow a 12-ft 200 pound jonboat.

  5. my 55 chevy will tow a boat very well..

as long as the boat and trailer are less than 3000 lbs..

any good muscle car will do

  6. it depends on the size of the boat.if its a regular sized boat, any car will do.but make sure you get a transmission cooler installed.most breakdowns are caused by the transmission, not the motor

  7. A car is only good for pulling small boats, say 12 footer.  Not a boat of any size, say a 20 footer.  You will need a truck for that.  It is unsafe to tow a heavy boat with a car. You also need a trailer with a braking system on it.  Good Luck.

  8. ck your manual

the weight you are allowed to pull should be on it mine was

  9. any truck or suv

  10. Depends on the weight of the boat.  Check the weight and then check the specs on the vehicles that you are considering to tell if they will pull it.

  11. Car, no...  truck 2007 Toyota Tundra, would tow that sucker in idle.

  12. Global warming will make the car obsolete in a couple of years. Save the money for sun screen protection ;)
