What type of cars and upgrades to cars can military personel afford?

i plan on buying a heavy chevy blazer 94-96 beaten it out slammen sum 22's on it sprayen it wit candy paint throwen sum tvs in it wit a ps3 hook up throwen sum timber (wood grain) on da wheel and door panels how long would it roughly take to accumulate the chop (funds) needed to get my slab (car) detailing in motion? (i would like people in tha military to answer this question or people who detail cars!

  2. What rank are you? No offense, but you sound like you're an E-3 or below. But I'll go through your desires in the order you listed them.

    Buy the best Blazer you can find at the lowest price. If it already has some of your desired mods on it, even better. 22-inch wheels ain't cheap, and neither are the tires for them. A static-drop might be reasonable, but air suspension will require much more work and parts--and that means more money. Candy paint isn't cheap, and it also has to be sprayed over a gold or silver base--otherwise, it won't look right. I have no clue about the electronics, though.

    And don't forget about the insurance, maintenance, and feeding. Work out a budget and stick with it--used parts might be your best friends. Unless you got an enlistment bonus and/or can move up in rank really fast, this is going to be a very long project.
