What type of cat or breed would this be?

having said that, if you have a kitty like this but with no known pedigree, i'd assume it's a domestic shorthair. basically a mutt cat, but that's okay because it's a whole bunch of breeds all mixed up in one cool furry body. your may have some Brit Shorthair in its ancestry, though.

it looks like my cat its name is oreo but it is black and white not gray

it just a normal cat but if it has 3 colors or more its a calico

It looks like a British Shorthair, but if yours not quite as cobby, could be American Shorthair. Check these photos out to compare. Pretty cat!

My first guess would be a domestic short hair, grey and white tabby cat.  However, your vet would know for sure.
