What type of cell phone is best for GPS, texting, and internet through Sprint?

Also, which cell phone plan should I go with. I'm a college student and need a good plan. Do I have to change my current plan in order to get internet and GPS which i currently don't have, or does that service come with the phone? thank you!

I would suggest the Samsung instinct I have the phone and just love it, it has GPS, text messaging,radio,music player the internet is fast.. did I mention everything is touch screen
