What type of cheese has a creamy texture that i can eat as a snack?

I love cheese! .. and i want something to eat as a snack, NOT looking for cream cheese, other than cream cheese what type of cheese will have a soft, creamy texture?

Muenster Cheese, it is soft, smooth and creamy but solid great for cutting in snack size pieces. It is made from cow's milk.It has an orange colored rind from vegatable shortning during processing around it. The less aged the milder and creamier.  My son when he was young would only eat this cheese. It is great for melting and on sandwich's also. But best as a snack.

PS: Budget friendly also.

Cottage cheese is alright and really healthy depending on which one you buy.
