Oh by the way I don't drink. (Medical) Love it though and a good cheese.  Only use wine for cooking. Makes beautiful dishes.

My favourite is a good crumbly cheddar to go with a hearty red but I also like some blue cheese with pinot noir and camembert or brie with some chardonnay.

Red mainly, or fortified eg port not too much as its too sweet.
