  1. specifically what type of leukocytes? because there are 6 types of leukocytes and each has different mechanisms.

for more info just click the link..http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_blood...

  2. anti-bodies its kinda like penicilin

  3. Antibodies which are Y shaped proteins which have specific receptor sites on the arms of the Y. These destroy invading viruses/pathogens by binding to specific protein antigens on their cells.

    Hope this helps!

  4. Because of their anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-pathogenic roles, they contain larger amounts of lysosomes. Most, but not all, lysosomal enzymes are acid hydrolases and function at about pH (5.0). Some lysosomes even contain hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) as the oxidizing agent.

  5. Anti bodies. They are manufactured in your T-Cells

  6. Interferons

  7. Viral infection:

    1. Virus infects cell by specific interaction between viral coat protein and cell surface eg. HIV and T helper cell gp120

    2. Virus overtakes cell metabolism

    3. Viral protein are metabolised by the proteosome as are all cellular proteins

    4. Viral proteins are expressed in Major Histocompariblity Complex MHC class II molecules on the surface of the infected cell

    5. T cell receptor (TCR) and B cell receptor (BCR) if they recognise specific amino acids (epitope) start the adaptive immune response.

    6. Killer T cells clonal expand to fight infection.  Release opsonins and oxidative enzymes to kill infected cells

    7. B cells mature into plasma cells produce antibodies that are more specific by proces of affinity maturation.

Theres more but thats all from the top of my head

  8. interferon

  9. anti-bodies
