  1. manufacturing companies

  2. Check here for more information:

  3. Iso 9000 is an industry standard much similar to the the old Bs (british standards) of old and is a set of standards that companies opt in to.

It shows a company has met certain criteria's for standards across the spectrum of its activities and is particulary used in manufacture to show that a company has achieved an industry accepted standard of operationg and producing.

I co-own a familiy business that has the IS0 9001 acreditation and although some of it is a load of old twadle it does generally help particulary in confidence of your customer that we are of a high standard.

By the way we build electrical control panels and enclosures and are also electrical installation engineers.

If you want a business card, drop me a line!

  4. Its a money making scheme with no meaning, other then it looks good on a resume for a manufacturing company.

Remember the tire scandal a couple of years ago, where millions of tires had deadly quality issues.

The plant who made them had just gotten their Iso 9000 certification, its hogwash.

  5. Companys that trade "world wide." <}:-})
