  1. Interpretive dance, krumping.

  2. Hip hop, but it also involves alot of foot motion.

Sometimes lyrical does, but its alot of turning and jumping, but arms are a huge part of it too

  3. I say hip hop dancing freestyle ,popping & locking...yeah

  4. flemenco.  (the one with the girls in long dresses with the little clappers)  u keep your arms moving the whole time.  it can get confusing.

  5. Most dance styles focuse on the movement of the whole body, including the arms. Ballet, modern, belly dance, some types of ballroom dance - they all involve arm movement. It is probably easier for me to name the styles that leave the arms out.

  6. popping, locking, hip hop..i guess? krumping mostly focuse on ur chest. yeah i'll go with popping and locking.

  7. ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern...
