My father and uncle have both been restaurant owners for 30+ years now. They came from China with no college degrees but an understanding of survival and that the customer is normally right.

any bank like B of A,,, it is called a line of credit or checking account,,,, Jeese,,!!  you only need money..

Then hire a documented chef,, IF you want..

Any fry cook will do..your wife can be the waitress you can be the buss boy & dishwasher..

at night you & your wife become the accountant and project manager..
