What type of digital camera is the best?

I want one that has a long guarantee.

i have a nikon d40x and it's excellent :)

it is quiet expensive. £500 ish. dearer if that.

view my flickr :) there's only one picture but it's nice. haha.

I would say Fuji make best compact digital cameras, I have one, my friend has one and another one of my friends bought one recently!
