What type of disk do I use to put a photo album on?

I know certain disks are used for certain things. I want to transfer my photos from my computer onto a disk. Does anybody know?

  1. I always use the CD-R-W because,you can add more pictures to those ,later-Also  they make USB jump/flash drives now that are very good for storing pictures.
