What type of doctor does cosmetic injections?

Go to a plastic surgeon.  

Any doctor CAN do it, but plastic surgeons are the best.  I get brochures in the mail that advertise seminars on how to do those - apparently you can learn in a weekend, and half of that training is marketing - but I prefer to concentrate on what I'm good at doing.
