What type of doctor should I be??

I know that I have time to think about it, but I would like to have an idea of what type of doctor I should be. I love medicine and I can diagnose just about any problem you have, I am looking into cardiology, neurology, and oncology. Your help would be greatly appreciated. I am very dedicated to the medicinal field and I have read the whole Gray's Anatomy. Hard work isn't a problem.

An opinion from someone in one of those fields would also be a big help.

If I had it to do over again I would have pursued bio-eng. I am an MechEng. The medical version is a doctor who deals with life support and diagnostic equipment of all kinds. A radiologist discovered my post operative cyst and was instrumental in treating it. Another good pursuit is anesthesiology.
