You may be given either one.  I hope you are asking only because of curiosity and not because you are a user.  Persons violating Korean laws, even unknowingly, may be expelled, arrested, or imprisoned.  Penalties for possession of, use of, or trafficking in illegal drugs in the Republic of Korea are severe, and convicted offenders can expect long jail sentences and heavy fines.  U.S. citizens in Korea have been arrested for past use of illegal drugs based on urine tests, hair samples, or other tests.  Korean authorities frequently arrest U.S. citizens on drug charges by scanning suspicious packages sent through the mail system and by using information provided by other persons charged with drug possession or use.
