  1. wow, that situation is bad.

you got both Anorexia and Bulimarexia

you dont eat at all, and when you do you throw up

go see a therapist and a doctor immidiately

  2. you could have Eating Disorder Not Otheswise Specified(EDNOS). This means you have disordered eating but you don't fit the criteria for any specific eating disorder (a.k.a anorexia or bulimia)

  3. Yes, you have bulimia. This is a serious eating disorder and you should get help immediately. If you don't, it can lead to serious problems which could be deadly.

  4. It sounds like you might have an "eating disorder not otherwise specified" (EDNOS). Eating disorders actually have pretty specific diagnostic criteria.

For example, if somebody purges without bingeing - like, throwing up after eating two cookies - they are not *technically* bulimic, but EDNOS.

Another example: If somebody starves her/himself, loses a lot of weight, thinks they're fat, but are not under a certain weight percentile, they are not *technically* anorexic.

Of course, a lot of people with eating disorders don't present classic symptoms that fit exactly within the diagnostic guidelines. EDs Not Otherwise Specified can be just as dangerous as anorexia and bulimia, and should be treated as such by professionals.

Best of luck and take care.

  5. hun don't forget that the 'fat' you see could just be muscle

& your weight is probably mostly muscle since you said you workout.

you could be bulimic. talk to your mom or friends about it.

EVERY girl thinks there fat. but its not safe or healthy to puke - your hurting your self more.

ALSO remember that your still growing your body is growing up so wait a while and you might grow taller and you will thin out.

  6. the name doesnt matter. Your life may not be perfect in your eyes therefore you control what you can and that is not eating. Trust me if you dont stop with this pattern it will get bad. Been there done that. Hospital visit in your future if you dont and they will force feed you with a tube. Just a big mess so eat girl. geeeeeze

  7. Honey you are perfectly fine... Your weight is perfectly normal for your height. You should have small healthy meals 3 times a day. Include fruits and cereals... You need not stop eating... You can probably go for jogging every morning. Avoid any kind of fatty food and sticky food like chocs. If you have small healthy meals the problem of throwing up wont arise. Try to keep yourself active the whole day... Do you have any additional symptoms like depression because that leads to weight gain.... and disorders like bulimia / nervosa... So its important to be happy... Tc

  8. It doesn't sound like you have an eating disorder, which is great. But it does sound like you have an issue with portion control. I used to have that same problem. Now I am healthy and rather slim because I followed this from my doctor.

Well, the key is eating smaller portions, like if you think you are extremely hungry, take half of what you THINK you want. Because sometimes you think you want a ton, thats what your brain tells you, but when you acually eat as much as you THINK you want, your stomach ends up telling you i'm full.

And another big part of your meal menu is how many meals you eat a day. It is not healthy to eat one huge meal at the end of the day because then you digest, and feel even more hungry throughout the day, and then you pig out again when that time comes where you eat that one huge meal. The key is to eat scattered small meals. Eat something healthy for breakfast, like an apple and a small bowl of cereal, and maybe some juice, water, or milk. Then later, eat a small snak, like maybe a few pretzels, or an orange, banana, any piece of fruit really.  Then, for lunch, maybe make a sandwich, if you do, portion control, and make sure it is something healthy, like maybe some coldcuts, or a pb and J. But make sure on the side of your lunch, you also have a small portion of some type of calcium, this will help the slimming process to speed up.    Then at dinner time, you will probably bot find yourself as hungry because you eat throughout the day, and keep that stomach from rumbling. And if you are still extremely hungry, like I said take half of what you think you want.

And remember to exsersise, not so much that you get yourself too tired, or anything, but maybe in between your meals, take a walk, or go swimming or something. Some things that also work are sports. You will not have time to eat because you are paying, and you wont feel as hungry when you are being active, and it will keep your muscles strong, and your body in shape :)

Remember, it doesn't matter what other people say. It is what YOU think about yourself that matters. So what if they think you have an eating disorder, you don't and that is none of there buisness.

And it is NEVER EVER the answer to stop eating period! That makes you so weak and tired and unhealthy! That is the start of an eating disorder. To stop nurishing your body at all, is DEADLY. DO NOT EVER STOP EATING FOR MORE THEN 24 HOURS. That is so dangerous.

  9. if you aren't eating then it's anorexia, if you're eating and throwing up it's bulimia.. but it might be a combination of both.. get help and someone to talk to about all this.

  10. anorexia, go see a doctor as soon as possible,

if youre 5 feet tall, your weight should be between 106 pounds and 124, depending of your frame,  so ytoure not fat, and you do have a disroder, so check it out, NOW

  11. You have Bulimia. Sometimes, when you look at yourself in the mirror, you look "fat" but in reality you are not. It is something about the brain playing a trick on you or something like that so look up eating disorders and find their symptoms. And when you see that the symptoms are a match, then you will see that you do have a disorder. So get help.

  12. bulimarexia.    you vomit and starve yourself. it is a real disorder. look it up. your still growing if you starve yourself now you probably wont get any taller and your metabolizm is going to be ****** up. stop early while you still can. tell an adult you trust to find you help. A place called RENFREW is a good place to get help. good luck

  13. I wouldn't say you have an eating disorder but you are definitely on the path to anorexia and bulimia right now. Indicators:

"I hate the way I look"

"I think I'm fat even when people tell me I'm not"

    Skipping meals

    Over-exercising

    Deliberately vomiting

    Excessively restricting food intake

Regardless of what shape your body is in, these are not signs of a good body image. If you are unhappy with your shape it's okay to want to change it but you need to do it the healthy way. You need three (balanced) meals a day and a *reasonable* amount of exercise.

Damaging your body the way you are doing is very dangerous especially when you are only 13 and still growing. Try and focus on liking yourself as you are and then if you still don't like your body, get fit but do it for your health, not what you see in the mirror.
