What type of enclosure for these bad boys?

Question

I have two 13Av.2 Subwoofers.

& two NINe.1's to power them.

I can have an enclosure

I want the loudest possible for my trunk.

maximum dimensions for the box is 13x37x33 (about 9 cubic feet)

they are 13 inch speakers but it says the cutout is 12, so I don't know what size hole I need.

Elemental Designs actually has enclosure information on their website.  This tells you what size enclosure will be the best and what tuning frequency to use.

Their website says 2.2 cubic foot tuned to 35Hz is going to be the best for a loud enclosure.  I would stick to that unless you had an enclosure designed to maximize your SPL even more.
