What type of engineering have most scope? and how can i chose my field......?

By scope do you mean application in all fields? If so, I'd go with materials engineering. For example, an mechanical engineers can tell you many things about internal combustion, but one thing they can't usually tell you is what material is the most able to withstand the force of combustion, and how its composed. Of course they probably could discuss the proper material, but you get the idea. You'll find materials engineers working with almost every discipline.
