  1. Cable Crossover

    Incline dumbbell fly

    Decline Dumbbell fly

    Incline db press

    Decline db press

    normal dumbbell press

    bench press

  3. Normal push ups, wide push ups, make a diamond shape with your thumbs and fingers, put that on the ground, do push ups that way.  do V Ups, crunches, sit ups, the plank, pull ups, chin ups, hand stand push ups, etc.

    Look for body weight excercises on google if you need anymore.
