What type of fender is this?

Question

a few months ago I purchased a fender for a hyundai sonata only to find out the piece won't fit.the mechanic I got to put the piece on keeps saying it's the wrong piece and the seller won't take it back.i am wondering if anyone can identify what kind of fender it is.i am hoping i can sell it or trade it for a 1999 sonata fender.

I have looked all over and the best thing that you can do would be to call a fender site and send them the picture so that they could help you identify it or take it to any body and paint shop in your hometown and good luck.
