What type of figure skates should I buy??

Hi,

I'm buying new skates and I want to know what type I should buy, Jacksons, Riedells, etc. My level is: I'm working on my loop and flip. I'm a girl, PS.

All right!

Riedells: Ick. Even though many people like them because they are cheap, people NEVER like them when they get a better skate later on. Even my skate shop owner, my coach, and my friends agree that Riedells are cheap and mass produced. Plus, the ankle support gives out so quickly.

Jacksons:  This is the way to go! You will be on axel soon ,so you need a skate that gives alot of support. Get the "LADIES COMPETITOR" It has heat molding so it will match your foot shape. Also, this should last a long time. the ONLY bad thing about Jacksons is that they take a week or so to break in, but its worth it.

You might want to buy "SUPERFEET" to go with them. The gray ones work best for skating. They are an insert to put in your skate (you take the factory one out first) and they give really nice arch support.

Ridells. They're a good choice for a beginner. Like the blue ribbons or the bronze stars.

at thisleel riedells are OK they aren't your best choice though. i you plan on buying new skates when you learn your doubles and axel then go for it and buy sp teri's or jacksonswhen you do but if you're not buying new skates for a while after that buy jacksons or sp teris instead, but riedells for now will work just fine.

Ridells. Since your more at the beginner level you really have no use for Jacksons, Klingbiels.. etc. I'd say a cornation ace or four aces blade as well.
