What type of flowers do you give someone on their birthday?

My grandma is turning 65 and I don't know what kind of flowers.

Money isn't a problem.

I need tips for birthday flowers...haha

  1. All flowers are wonderful and just about anything would be lovely.  My only suggestion is to stay away from gladiolas or lilies (unless they are star gazer lilies) as they are typically funeral flowers.  I like a mixed bouquet as they tend to last longer than say a dozen roses.  If you know her favorite color it can be nice to theme with colors. I particularly like the one below, it's bright and sunny and Grandma gets a lemonade pitcher when it's all said and done!


  2. perhaps carnations, roses, or if you want to go big sunflowers always make people smile
