What type of food do africans?

eat?  Depends where they are from.  Africa is a very big continent and has different climate zones, and that leads to different things growing different places.

i am a south african and we eat food from the shop. we even have restaurants and fast food places like Mcdonalds and KFC, so why would our food be different from for eg USA. we have a lot of different cultures and our food is reflective of that. we eat curry and rice, we have braais(bbq), and we DO NOT HUNT FOR FOOD.

There are many different types of african foods.  From North African (Moroccan) to Ethiopian to Ghanan and a lot in between.

In South African cuisine they eat many thing we eat here in US.  They eat a lot of fish, pork, ham, then they eat ostrich, crocodile, antelope.
