  1. Depends on the restaurant.

  2. burgers are usually a safe bet

  3. Surf and Turf AKA Steak and Shrimp, Salad, baked potato and a good stiff drink.

  4. It's always Italian.  I love to order a pasta in a white sauce.  As well, I would have to say pizza is always a top choice!

  5. Usually some type of Pasta. I love Alfredo.

  6. Japanese foods

  7. @ a japanese restaurant, anythin' japanese

  8. steak (filet) medium-rare; yum!

  9. I used to order a steak with chips and maybe have some garlic bread, but now I only eat low GI food so I have salad, fish, chicken, limited red meat or steamed vegetables.  I really miss garlic bread!!

  10. Prime rib and Chinese.

  11. something spicy

  12. cooked

  13. Fish & chips & a hamburger wit da lot from da local cafe

  14. chicken fingers

  15. We don't go out very often, to eat in a restaurant, so when I do go, I usually order a prime rib, with a baked potato, and a fresh garden salad, with blue cheese dressing..

  16. I order entrees that I am unlikely to make myself. If I like it, I may add it to my rotation.

This expands my taste and offers some variety.

  17. It really depends on where I am eating.

    Chinese: Beef LoMein

    Mexican: Taco Salad and Tacos

    Italian: Pasta Con Broccoli

This is just to name a few.

  18. Usually go for the beef dip, dont trust many of the other dishes.

Besides, restaurant pasta usually appears in front of you as pasta soup, not as appetizing as the menu would have you believe.

  19. ice tea =)

  20. italian

  21. Steak and Kidney Pudding with Cabernet Sauvignon from the Nappa Valley.

  22. In an Italian restaurant, such as Olive Garden or Carraba's, I order an appetizer of calamari with a medium House salad and an entree of pasta with shrimp or mushrooms. At a steakhouse such as Ryan's or Logan's, a big, juicy cheeseburger fits best. Finally, at a local restaurant around my town, a plate of rice and gravy or a link or two of boudin as normal, followed by a walk to the bar thereafter.

  23. Steaks.  Usually ribeyes.

  24. chinese and spanish.
